Then I think we can both safely conclude that there will not be gangs of police officers sent out specifically to arrest and charge people for this politically correct nonsense.

I have nothing against smokers however I honestly can't understand why smokers would smoke with their children in the car anyway and therefore why this law is needed? That has to be the ultimate selfish act - quite literally killing their offspring.
