Why does it need sound to prove it? According to you, at the 4 second mark "you can clearly see OP boots it."

So, which is it? Is it clear to see or does it need sound to prove it?
It's clear to ME and SOME others; sound would prove it to everyone else. smile

I've not read the entire thread; I take it you don't think he did? If you take a look at the four second mark, just as he passes the merge arrow on the road, looks a hell of a lot like the front of his car rises combined with the scenery speeding up to me.

I see you still like to call people names who own better cars that you. Do you still refer to the disabled as "fat smoking whales" or have you stopped that one?

I don't use the description as generally just one obese whale I was talking about at the time.

I saw 30 stone woman park in parent and child in a motab car smoking a fag and eating what looked like a birthday cake. I mention it on a thread here and you assume that's my view and turn of phrase for all disable people.

There a quite a few using names and generalisations and you come on to pick on me.

why is that?

I haven't said all audi drivers are knobs espcialy the white ones like some.

Until july I had a audi a3 current shape, now I have a mk7 golf and people are much more likely to let me out of a side road.

Its pretty obvious to everyone that the OP kept accelerating once he saw the Audi was going to overtake him, unless he has a habit of accelerating towards cars infront and then braking.

The second overtake was probably caused due to frustration.
This does make me chuckle I mean one minute the SQ5 is a rocket ship and the next I am blocking him a in 1.8vvt 140 bhp zafira, do you really think if that was the case the audi with what he did would of had any of that? I don't me came up to the merging section late and broke rather than boot it realised he had made a boo boo didn't want the shame of tucking in front of me and braking so booted and put lives at risk, simples.

This isn't as bad as the dad who posted a clip of his son having road rage in his Mazda though lol
No, that was a classic thread.

This one - A grade knob to the Audi, B grade 'supporting role' knob to camera car.

No your quite right wont post again, Now reported to the police I will probably be doing a stretch myself as a result of the footage as the piston court has made its ruling.

Sound on the transcend dp200 pro isn't great so switched it off, footage is very good for sub £100 cam. Doesn't show speed which I also like : )

Sound is marginally better on the mio mivue 658 in my other car.

I will hand the footage to local plod and awaits my fate then rather than being judged on here.
Why, because he hit a nerve? Because he has a more expensive and faster car than you do? Can't stand these fu*king grasses with cameras.... what do you gain out of grassing up someone who did a bad overtake? Let the police do their jobs and use the camera to help you with evidence when you actually need it!!

You got it the zafira 1.8 is know for its 4 cylinder growl and 40-60mph being able to defeat a 309bhp SQ5 with ease in any gear!

Yes and you can quite clearly hear me go "watch this baby this audi thinks he can have me but I am going to cause and head on smash" Then you hear the VVT kick in and poor my SQ5 is left hung out to dry he has no option but to drive in the middle of the road and take off a 60mph.

nothing to do with st sound on the transcend.

A bad overtake was trying to pass me at the last minute if he had tucked in swallowed his pride fair enough. It was the overtake of fiesta and the continued dangerous driving into the distance that made me post the video.

I will try and show his car in the later footage.

Would you rather he is exposed and dealt with before he kills someone or after? By your post until he kills I am just a grass.

If you swallowed your pride, the Audi driver would have overtaken you long before he did.

If you didn't squeeze him out, the entire station wouldn't have been as half as bad as it was.

The Audi driver is a complete idiot, there's no question of that.

There's also no question that you played your part.

As said before, you are way over the speed limit yourself, everything about your driving in that video highlights your desire to keep ahead of what's behind. By that I mean you were very fast to react to the amber light, exceeding the speed limit (to 46mph in a 30mph that you couldn't really deny) and the acceleration is clear.

Two similar people found each other on the road.

So why not put the video up with sound on.

PS I Used to own a Zafia and the 1.8 is not a bad little motor.

But I do agree with you reporting him for being a tt, he needs to learn a lesson.

From looking at the broken white lines on the left hand side of the box (chevrons) in the middle of the road, it's fairly clear you did accelerate harder following leaving the lights. Although the Audi driver was a bit fierce, I don't think you left him a lot of options....

Someone will call your bluff on that sort of behaviour one day, either by forcing themselves into the gap you didn't quite leave them, possibly causing you to rear end them, or worse, they will stop their car and "have a word", probably not using their lips..

I did as his nose came past I REDUCE SPEED and he has plenty of room to tuck in but chooses to be a loon.

Your opinion I have said I choose to drive faster along their audi came into the frame like a bullet train very late at the merge lane had no intention of playing silly buggers with him.

Agreed but there was no reason to overtake the fiesta and keep driving like a nutter

If you mean by driving at the speed I did prior to the audi coming into the situation yes I did. I was not playing anything the road is not a play ground.

If you need to move 4 kids with kit it serves you well. I do find some folk think you are not allowed to enjoy driving it or make anything remotely approaching progress.

But its no SQ5 racer!

I turned the sound off on the cam

Yes, you are a grass. No one was injured or killed. Do you stick to 30mph in a 30 zone when there are no speed cameras around? I'd put money on the answer being no. Maybe we should expose and get YOU dealt with for putting your foot down when people overtake you..? You're just as likely to contribute to an accident that results in a death with a driving attitude like that.
