Do the newer, smaller speed cameras flash

As the title. I don't mean the front facing Truvelo ones but just the smaller Gatsos that seem to be springing up all over the place and also placed much higher than the old model.

Not always, no.
If there is enough light then the flash may not go off however most operators set it to flash despite there being enough light.

When do they flash then I believe they flash twice, like old GATSOs, but the second flash comes after a certain distance rather than after a certain time (whereas the old GATSOs' second flashes always come after half a second, I think). From what I've seen, it seems to still be around half a second for vehicles at 30ish, but noticeably quicker for higher speeds.
