I know it's not much help but report it every time it happens.

When enough complaints are filed it starts to make their figures look bad, then they get round to doing something about it.

Friend of mine has just gone through this same process.

They got a neighbourhood watch together, reported everything and within a few months there was a PSCO tasked to the area.
With respect, it's not the figures looking bad but the fact that repeated reports indicate a problem worth resourcing.

You mention you've sold your house - did you declare the issues you are having? I'd be mindful of anything traceable with the police unless you've put it in your sellers pack as you don't want them coming after you if they start having issues.

Never been asked the question - buyers are friends with a neighbor and know the area well...

Well whoever granted the shop a license to sell fireworks needs shooting

As that's what they're now doing, via the tube on their shoulder...

Entry buzzer on silent so the trick or treaters (just take or smash stuff up around here) can't get in and we're not disturbed.

The mortgage offer came through nonetheless so the time here is now limited, thankfully!!!
