When I get this all sorted I will put up all the correspondents and insurance details etc Then you can eat your words fella. I'm not so sure why it's hard to believe a lorry hit my car and drove off. It's not like I'm saying a UFO hit me. I hope your pride and joy gets hit today and the driver takes off. Nothing would make me more happy.

From my, admittedly 2nd hand experience, DHL take this sort of thing very seriously. They also take ages to investigate accidents. There is no reason for them to deny an accident, they have loads- which is no surprise considering the size of the organisation.
This is what surprised me about your post.

Off topic, I once heard about a claim for whiplash for 5 people after a DHL Lorry hit a car from behind. When it was investigated, the witness turned out to be a friend but the clincher was the dash cam video which showed the car suddenly slamming its brakes on and 4 people running out of an adjacent shop and jumping in the car AFTER the collision.

Hello, just to let you know I have got this finally resolved. It was a NISA truck. DHL run there trucks. Police tracked it down and now everything is sorted.

General Price - Please drop me your email and I will send you the documentation so you can eat your words.

Just to update - I can't say too much but they are still denying it but I have an ace up my sleeve wink.
Well I'm intrigued so bookmarked this thread.

I was going to suggest going back to the same road the same time/day a week later to see if the lorry turns up again. Sounds like you have progressed beyond that now tho.

Good luck with this op. thumbup
