Don't get me wrong I am happy with the outcome and expected him to "win" as the buyer had very little chance of taking him to court and would have lost anyway 99.9% of the time.

With the recent new thread linking to this I kind of expected it to have a very different outcome but in reality all that happened was an exchange of about 3 letters!!!!

Maybe we should make all the letters a template in case any of this happens again?
