Whether I was being an arse or not depends on where you're standing. The point I was making was there were several statements which were wrong in the OP before any questions were asked. A question set along the lines of "I've never done this before and I'm confused around legal expenses cover" would have got a better response.

I tire of defending insurance when the start point for many is entrenched in prejudice and poor understanding. Many on here refuse to alter their view no matter how much I disprove their wibble.
