Ahhh...OK - got you smile

That all sounds eminently sensible I guess. However I suppose if your insurance papers allowed it you could get together with a mate and drive each others cars (as they wouldn't be family members).

Aye, but as you've already mentioned, it would be third party only, mind - you bend it, you mend it.
