It's a small dealership in Kent , the only issue I can see I bought it as a business purchase .
It had done 120000 miles

So i presume no head office so what exactly is he looking into to see how much this 'admin' fee will be.

I'm getting the feeling it might be quite high. You shouldn't have to pay anything though.
