16 months later that flat was by then no doubt in a state such that they wanted a fresh start and they came back to the agency I use - who told them where to go.
Another thing - make absolutely 100% sure that you have told the gas/electricity/water suppliers plus the council in writing that you have moved out and are no longer responsible.
The vermin in my place ran up £4000 in gas/electric/water bills with SSE and Trent water, 800 mobile phone etc. I had letter after letter from Bailiffs. The best one was a letter from the Post Office that had already been opened - it was a P.O savings account statement. This scum was a getting...wait for it..............£1600 a month in benefits. That doesn't include the house rent and is exclusive of any benefits she was getting. All told there was probably 2000-3000 a month benefits all told, even after the kids were taken into care. Looking at the staments, there was never more than a fiver in there. A decent chunk of money went in and was withdrawn the same day. None of it seemed to go towards paying 'bills'. Nice work if you can get it eh!
Sadly, scum like this are not discouraged from breeding. It's all very well being up in arms about immigrants, but we have our own indigenous white trash to sort out first. The Tories appear to be making inroads into this problem.

If he's a taxi driver, best way to make sure, week or so before the eviction, make sure that his taxi receives a little TLC worthy of failure at the next council roadworthyness test, he won't be so smug when he hasn't got a job either. They are pretty strict on taxis, clients of mine have had to fund new cars for relatively small issues with a car, as once the car reaches a certain level of problems, even over time, the seems to be some kind of requirement for it to be taken off the road, right then and there. Are you suggesting that the OP sabotage the guy's car?Or, this is the new Pistonheads where 'normal everyday people' will describe real life scenarios involving low life scum thinking that the world owes them extra - and some limp wristed apologist will come on the thread with a frenzied attack to wrongly accuse them all of some phobia or other.
