Have to laugh at the peeps who are still discussing this like it really happened!

For those of you who haven't noticed, HE MADE IT UP, AND HAS SAID SO HIMSELF.

If you thought he was a freak before, he's just moved the game on to something on another level for my money. Utter lunatic.
I'm not sure about "lunatic", a tad strong. I think OP was genuinely worried about police intervention because theoretically (or actually?) taking a picture is completely legal but the perverted nature of where he was pointing the lens was morally wrong and potentially in breach of the peace. His subsequent posts, twists and final 'it was all a windup' were simply a way of 'moving on'.

I think he took a legal but naughty picture of the woman (we know it's the woman as he has confirmed this is what the police asked) got accosted by an irate partner, who subsequently reported DOM behaviour, got worried when police contacted him, deleted said naughty picture and worried about what might happen to him. As things 'cooled' down and he wasn't taken away by operation yewtree he had to extricate himself from this self perpetuated mess and thus decided to pretend it was all a wind up biggrin

Complete conjecture of course but that's my take thumbup

Never mind their status or even legality if I saw someone taking a picture with a large lens (or if I perceived him to be doing so) of either my young kids or my wifes' backside as she loaded the shopping then we would be on my own thread discussing how I can minimise paying the NHS costs of removing his lens from his backside.
Presumably if he explained (and possibly even showed you the photo was innocent) when you challenged him rather than staring, silently, into the distance no such costs would arise?
thumbup with 'bold bit' added by me smile
But why??? The whole thing was all a lie

Note bold bit

Quite possibly the explanation but anyone normal would have just let it peter out but instead he's said it was false and totally knackered his future posts so he's laughing stock now with no credibility.

President Clinton did not have sexual relations with that woman.

And the moon is made of cheese don't you know.

I followed this originally and then left it.

Noticed it's still getting posts and now astonished that it was all fantasy.

FFS.

Where can I get back the time wasted on this ?

Feels like it might be what happened.

However, anyone with a sense of proportion would have just said the police had decided it was a storm in a teacup and that there was no actual picture. The thread would have died. Rather than do anything sensible, he put up a cropped picture and was caught lying. He now had backed himself into a worse corner than he'd been in before, so came up with the "ha ha, it was all a joke" ploy. If he showed that cropped picture to the police, he might have lied...

His only exit now is to join PH again under another name and hope that the PH detectives don't find his new identity.

It's quite possible they were just cropped out.

LOL. Trouble is the bu&&er did strike a chord with people who have, professionally, had nonsense, officious, inappropriate, grief for taking a bloody shot in public! We are all photographed hundreds of time a day in public - and never sign a consent form! Its the State of things and they could ALL be voyeurs behind their virtual pinch zoom ins!

A tale of inadequacy. Bravo!

I was out to take a few pictures yesterday. When I put the zoom lense on, I couldn't help but think of this thread and the fact I might be a weirdo...

I cannot confirm or deny if any pictures were taken but nobody came up to ask me this, I was a little disappointed.

For completeness, could you please start another thread to confirm that this post is completely fabricated and that you spent considerable time planning it?

I think that if anyone spots the OP out with his zoom lens in the future they should make sure he does have an incident with it biggrin

I don't think he'll ever be back. He's become a laughing stock. Credibility is shot. Weapons-grade bell end status confirmed.

He will currently be setting,up another PH account and will return soon. His new persona will probably appear here to mock the old persona for added deniability.
Nail on head, look up a few posts.

I don't believe he made it up. That's just him trying to cover his arse.
This, I think it more likely that something happened, he miss-represented it to look less prattish.
When he got caught out, claimed it was all made up in order to look less prattish and failed at that as well.

And the real question, which I do not believe we will get an answer to, is whether or not the pic of the lady was somewhat risque. I suspect it was, hence the reason why it has not been posted on here as that would be the easiest way.
