A friend of mine has just received one of these parking tickets at the address where he resides, I was telling him about a ticket i received from a supermarket chain that i ignored after the first class advice i received on here a few years ago.

Doe he have to pay this or should he just file it in the bin.The ticket has the usual threatening words & has been issued by a company called Ethical parking management.

It's not a PCN or a ticket issued by the police .

Any advice hugely appreciated.

Seriously, you have been here almost 6 years with over 20,000 posts and you have not seen any of the hundreds of similar threads in the last couple of months?

Yea sorry. i don't tend to come in this dark side of town often.

I had a similar ticket 5 years ago & i just ignored it.

But i'm sure it wasn't called a CBC .

Well the law has changed from when you ignored yours. They can go after the RK now, so it's not quite as safe to ignore.
