'Victim' rofl

You're a victim are you? Chancer is the word I'd use!
It's an accurate definition because they damaged my car and that's the fact of the matter.

Thankfully I don't frequent the same places as yourself and your banjo playing chums.

You have to be a troll, I'm finding it impossible to believe that any reasonable, balanced human being could have an attitude like yours.

Unanimously PH tell you that you were wrong to pursue this. And yet you still come back for more.

Self centered compensation chasing low life, or troll?

Thesr are not insults, they're very widly shared opinions.

My repair was unfortunately significantly higher than £150.
How much are we talking? What were the quotes you received to fix the problem originally?

I can't possibly see how it would be that much.

£150+vat for the wing, even if you had to blow the door as well to match the colour then that's only another £150+vat.

Let's go nuts and say you had to do the wing, the front bumper corner and the door to match the colour, that's only about £380+vat. A drop in the ocean of Aston running costs, and you would have had no more paint defects or bubbles.

In my eyes it's a victory for the OP, no matter how much every keyboard warrior wants to chuck abuse at him.
They could have contested it, but they didn't.
They also could have mentioned it to him when they gave the car back, fault or no fault, but they didn't.
OP gave them the chance to have their say, but they didn't, they ignored all communication.

If I take my car into a garage with a known fault, such as a scratch or dent and they then make it worse, I would expect to be told and I would also expect them to help remedy the situation.

Same as if you are involved in a car accident. If the panel that gets hit was already damaged and the hit makes the damage slightly worse, you'd still go through insurance and expect the other side to pay out would you not..?

Get a camo wrap stuck on there. Or maybe chrome.
