Might have something to do with him having his love wand hanging out and her love tunnel in
Love wand? Love tunnel? Are you 6?
You know what some work places can be like. Type the word dick or pussy and you've got a few minutes with the boss asking why you typed it

Maybe if he was an older chap the "evidence " wouldn't stand up in court .

He stuck his hand up and said "Yep, I did it." (I think it was his hand. I hope it was his hand...) He got a fine, there and then. No more needed than that.

She decided to gamble that there were more important cases for the prosecution and the court to spend their time and energy on. She won. This time. But surely the most important thing is that they've probably both learned a lesson...?
There is your opinion the law fella.

I had sex in a shop doorway once.

The manager wasn't best pleased, the customers found it difficult to enter. ( Unlike myself.)

Man admitted it, woman denied it, prosecutors decided not to proceed against her but as he's already said he did it be gets fined.
Seems like a pretty st situation though.

If he had known she was not going to face court he may have changed his plea. They only revealed this to him when it was too late.

Given it takes two to tango - it's pretty crap that they fined him for saying 'it's a fair cop' whilst she walks away scott free despite the fact that she seemingly intended to take the case to a trial (which would have cost a lot of money had the case not been dropped).

I agree that prosecuting her wouldn't be in the public interest - but they could have looked at the overall situation and let him off with a warning.

I'd be willing to put money on the fact that if the situation were reversed (she had plead guilty and he had not) - he would have had seen his day in court.
