You've only provided for two possibilities there, but there may well be others.
Could you please suggest a couple?Kawasicki said:

It is quite difficult.
What did you expect? The thread was started by someone who apparently has dealings with investment banks who thought the total fines earned for the country were just over 11 million. Many here base everything they say simply on how they feel. Facts, figures, names, places, expert opinions etc etc....none of that matters. If you back them in to a corner, the reply is usually "so what?"
The reason they so fruitlessly defend the current system is simply a matter of them now not being able to back down and admit there are serious issues with it and with many of those involved; either that, or as we have seen before on here, they work in the industry (the last guy on here was exposed as a liar - no shock there)
It's great watching them squirm, though, so keep it up.

I think the issue is that the several that clearly pay their mortgages via enforcement, kit supply, software, SAC or just general admin/invoicing here have our support for 50% of what they do but then get called out on the remaining suspect 50% and that just sinks the good justifiable and constructive bit that they do - or how it is implemented. They dig in but it doesn't really pan out... And then a few (not all) get a bit edgy and clearly lose heart - well you can only flog the same old dead horse so long Gassing Station | Speed, Plod & the Law | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
