I doubt you'll get it without at least some clue what it's about. Consumer Protection under Unfair Trading Practices is your friend.

Why not contact the Citizens Advice Bureau? I think they have a help line specifically for consumer issues.

Because they are worse than useless. Don't waste your time, unless you need someone to Google your situation for you and show you the results. Mine even advised rolling over and taking what was coming, since the Google results didn't cover the situation I was in.
