ISTM that your point was that it would be an imposition. If so, I disagree. If not, then I'm stumped. I'm Paddington Bear in my spare time so perhaps you could elaborate for me. The 'problem' for those new to PH is separating the wheat from the chaff. Unfortunately a panel of 'experts' is fine in theory but who gets to make the judgement/decision on the members thereof?

I know it's always guilty until proven guilty on here but I've had a non UK driver on my insurance so it's perfectly possible he was legitimately insured. They were even unemployed at the point I added them. My insurance company was very confused about which countries are in the EU though.
