Judging by this thread - http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... - i get the impression that the OP was banned indefinitely from posting in SP&L for something he said / did in the past.

So when the mods moved an SP&L related question to the correct subforum, where he cant post, he got a bit angry with the mods, before flouncing by way of deleting his posts.

On a separate subject to this, I'm in agreement with a previous poster though. There really needs to be a limit on the time you can go back and edit or delete a post without moderator involvement as there are regularly threads across the whole forum where OP's get deleted once they either get caught out, don't like advice / replies given, etc.

Courts are rarely busy when it comes to drink driving. Most will be in court inside a fortnight for those failing the main intoximeter. When the blood test results are back the OP's friend will be in court very quickly.
When I was done a few years ago, the court date I was given was 3 months later (Newtownards Magistrate's Court, if you are interested).
That was without even asking for an adjournment!
