Don't worry, once we're forced into self driving cars they'll all be out of a job and no one will ever die on the roads

They might just want to milk it for all they can while they still can

Probably be rebranded as CO2 awareness courses.

...or they could make stepping on cracks illegal, and turn them into crack awareness courses

How is it treated by insurance companies relative to points? When I was sorting out my cover last time, the questions included whether I'd been on such a course, not just whether I had points.
The only major insurance company chain i know that doe that, is the Admiral group.

And even with declaring the SAC, Admiral were still well priced for the insurance I wanted.

Funny name she's got there. I guess it works as the ice-breaker though.

Cheers, Jim

Hi,

I think this petition is worth signing, sounds like a right legalised piss take:-

Hi OP

I signed it but no-longer highlight anything that opposes ever increasing enforcement of ever decreasing speed limits (for zero provable safety benefit) here on PH.

I think most people that realised speed enforcement as it has become, is now an industry rather than a matter of citizen safety, ceased to contribute much to these threads some time ago.

Don't upset the 'its 50 for a reason' folk here - truly is a waste of time

For tyranny to prevail it only takes good men to keep silent... If it annoys you and your sense of fair play, decency, honesty and scruples then fight it. Or give up and roll over frown

Why cant we deal with these things like more civilised nations. No camera's, minor offences are dealt with via small bribes at the side of the road.

'Speed Awareness' - I know how to speed, that's why I had to go on a course. It's the 'Slow Awareness' one that I should have gone to.
