Possibly less than a month ban and a fine around £1,000 depending on income.
Poster apparently aware that fines are assessed according to income. Guesses that OP earns £75,000 net p.a.

Why?

I wouldn't even bother turning up. Plead guilty by post. There are no mitigating circumstances, and if you don't turn up, no need to tell them about your previous.

I'd expect a 30 day ban.
Ridiculous post.

Thank you for your helpful comment, which is also incorrect. I did learn from my previous convictions and have always driven insured and licensed since... This is the first time I have been caught speeding.
What was your ban for?
"Licensed and insured since".

I guess driving whilst uninsured ...

To be fair, doing 100mph on the M25 really is quite an achievement!

That's not how I read it.

He posted, "convicted in the past of driving on a ban and without insurance".

OP might yet get a FPN -- stranger things have happened. Wait and see.

Quite right, I made a terrible assumption, good job i'm not in court. The OP can work out his fine with a little research.

As others have highlighted, the cause of your previous ban may have an impact.

If the ban was for speeding, then this is a repeat offence and the sentencing would probably reflect that.

If the ban was for other offences, then I'd hazard a guess that it will be inconsequential to this matter. *

If you really need advice on mitigation, I'd suggest you contact a lawyer who specialises in these cases.

If you're just hoping for a little heads up on how harsh your spanking is going to be, then take anything said here with a pinch of salt.

On a 4 lane section at 05:44?

That'll be the HADECS3 site, which has caught a few who have risked going over 100 through there. So there is no doubt, those sites are not only active when there is a VSL in effect.

The radar is on all the time but if there's no VSL the trigger is set quite high. Just not that high.

No offence Joe but he's right- you haven't learnt.

You broke the law once and got banned (you can have no excuse for not being insured)
You have now broken the law again, doesn't matter which law but again by such a margin as to make it open/shut case, which you have admitted guilt to.

Frankly you deserve the book thrown at you. If a ban and a fine didn't work before it probably won't again, perhaps a short spell in jail, loss of your job and license will make you think twice next time?

You'll probably get off with a ban and a fine again but you deserve a much harsher sentence than the court is able to give you.

I had a great one for being uninsured and got away with it. Loon R1 was initially very sceptical but being the insurance guru once presented with the full facts he accepted everything made sense. Then he was apoplectic.

106 MPH.

That is worse that being a Muslim terrorist.

I am surprised that you have not been headline news on the front page of the Sun yet.

106mph on an empty motorway warrants a spell in jail!???

You've had a ban, been done for driving without insurance and are facing another ban, and all you can provide is sarcastic responses. If you approach the court with the same attitude, it's not going to go well.

Are you actually going to provide anything useful or have you filled your boots yet?

If I'd had a ban & been done for no insurance I would be driving like Miss Daisy.
