My train of thought following on from a previous thread.

If some city type lived where street parking is bad, but not restricted, parked a car trailer (with lights for night parking) say at the end of a row, could they leave it there and park their car on it every night?

Note R0G's reply about HC250 - together with the likelihood the trailer won't still be there - and also think about the logistics of loading a car onto an uncoupled trailer, and how much space is required to do that...

All valid points, maybe overcome with wheel clamps and parking the trailer at the end of a line of parking?
However, I thought someone might have designed a trailer for this purpose. Some sort of drop side to allow reverse parking onto. I may well be going into the realms of fantasy, but when you see the lengths people go to for parking, if there was a possibility of this working someone would try it. Which probably covers why it's not being done...

Trailer Parking? Isn't that like dogging, but in static caravans?
