License endorsement for breaking the rules whilst cycling

Can you be brethalysed and lose your driving licence whilst being over the limit cycling?
It's an offence to cycle while unfit through drink or drugs ( link). There is no specific breath/blood limit for cycling though - the prosecution would have to prove that you were too pissed to ride your bike properly. There's no mandatory endorsement or disqualification for the offence. As mentioned already the courts do have the discretionary power to ban you from driving for any offence, whether or not it actually involves driving, so yes it is theoretically possible to lose your driving licence for cycling drunk - but it wouldn't be the norm.
There is no power to require a cyclist to give a breath sample - that only applies to drivers of motor vehicles. I suppose the police could ask you to blow into the breathalyser anyway - and if you were silly enough to agree then the reading could probably be used in evidence.

.
That would be like the time I rode a bike to into a hedge. Or it might have been a small tree. I was too pissed to figure it out!.
