the kind of girls who keep company with scum like that will probably have low morals and be typical sluts. or some idiot into 'bad boys'who has a low self esteem yet keeps making the same mistake despite being treated like an ahole every time.

Precisely! And keying cars is how he makes himself (in his mind) look like a big man!

Why are people so spasticated that they feel the urge to key peoples cars?
Sorry.... Like really ? Spasticated

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spastic

Derived via Latin from the Greek spastikos ("drawing in" or "tugging"), the word spastic refers to an alteration in muscle tone affected by the medical condition spasticity, which is seen in spastic diplegia and many other forms of cerebral palsy and also in terms such as "spastic colon".

Colloquially, spastic can be pejorative; although the origin of the term is common, awareness of this differs between the United States and the United Kingdom. In the UK "spastic" is more widely acknowledged by the general population as an offensive way to directly refer to disabled people.

that is offensive and totally uncalled for. the keyer ? An a#se a tosser a c##t what ever but using such terms as spastic is uncalled for.....

Update: Police identified a girl who has named the boy. Possibly not a first offender. Hopefully that means court.

Social media were late to the game. A local FB group has a thread hotter than the sun. It has escalated messily with the boy's Mum saying "he only scratched one car, the girls scratched the rest, if only you had footage of it you'd see" - well, like that, only in fullcaps without the spelling or grammar.

Then the girls in the footage chip in and say he's lying. And the Mum says NO SEE YOU'VE ONLY GOT STILLS SEE. Where does she think the stills are from?! Solid gold. Ongoing. Messy. I'm not posting, obviously.

Hopefully the court will "key his bks" but unlikely mad

I really feel sorry for the BIB and the public as they are let down time and time again by the courts and sentencing, unless things change soon with the advent of social media i feel rightly or wrongly
Vigilantism won't be too far away and the "Ministry of Justice jokers" will have no one to blame but themselves irked

A university lecturer was caught red handed in my neck of the woods. He objected to having to deviate from his straight line along the pavement because a car parked outside an office slightly overhung the pavement. He damaged the car more than once.

Can you elaborate?
What other options [for him] are there?

Only one car? Oh, that's alright then.

The fking attitude of some people. Let's hope justice is served up either way.

The cops will probably know him, but if not someone local will, so if the cops do nothing, then an anonymous transit, Shovel, bag of lime and a couple of heavy duty mates in the back, when you spot him quietly roll up alongside side door opens, two pairs of hands grab him chucked in the back, drive up to the local moors, marched onto the moor, told to start digging, if he asks what the lime is for then tell him it's for enhancing the decomposing process, after a few minutes remove his shoes and socks and tell him if another car gets scratched then it'll be for real and just leave him there.....

Now a friend of mine did just this a few years back and the scrote concerned literally shat himself and then had to walk over 10 miles..
Your friend committed a War Crime.

If a someone did that to my car and I could identify them and find them I would make sure they couldn't walk or lift their arms for months, it would be done quietly and without letting the whole world know I was looking for revenge, he wouldn't do it again, something like that stays with you for a long time, not saying its right, its just how I would react.
