Yesterday on the westbound M40 just before junction 7 I noticed a couple of the yellow poles with average speed cameras on them. They were the type usually used in roadworks sections.

Are they left over from some roadworks or are some new works about to start?
Alternatively are they a permanent feature and already live?

its going to be interesting coming down the "vicar of dibley gorge " to be met with a jam from those rather long roadworks.
Is it just resurfacing or a new bridge ??

I travel between J6-4 daily, so hopefully I won't see too much carnage then.
