18th of September to the 16th of October, no NIP in the post (yet).
You had the NIP at the time. You're waiting for the next stage now, a court date or an FPN or an invitation to a tea party. You've got another five months.

Invitation to an afternoon tea-dance received in the post this morning, £95, no tea, no biscuits, but better than £100 and 3 points. For overtaking an unmarked traffic car, I'd say that more than fair !
