HUD display

Guys, when you're in M View on the HUD display on the F10 M5 you have the rev gauage but just above it you have the orange to red blocks. They only seem to illuminate when you're nailing it. What do they represent?

Gear change lights, a count down to changing gear if you like.

They copy the rev counter.

Only seen in M1 or M2 and can only be switched off in M1
