Most likely just a young lad scared of the big angry biker that was 'seeing red'.

I certainly don't approve of drug driving but the OP's description of events sound like he's a lot more of a danger on the roads than the alleged stoner.

There is no evidence that the kid was stoned, there is plenty evidence that the OP was overly aggressive though.

It could have easily have been herbal tobacco or a roll up.

I can't speak for the op but I know what a joint looks and smells like as the result of a misspent youth. I haven't partaken for over 40 years tho. Will it still be in my system?
