Nope, I wouldn't laugh at anyone dying. Even an IS fighter. I think these people who kill for their 'god' and the promise of an afterlife in glory should be pitied and, if possible, helped to see that killing others just because they don't believe in what you believe in is wrong.

Taking joy in others' pain and death is what brings war and suffering to the world in the first place.
