Sounds like it's too late though I'd imagine they would like to see them because they could take action against the seller directly. Also I have often heard that brand owners often sell the 'victim' the genuine item at a large discount.

if you want to sell, search for same item in sold/completed auctions to get an idea on selling price.

If I don't know much about the item I will also have a good look at several of the top-selling items to check the category and description/title to ensure I am using all the right keywords, and mentioning any important features.
