No it wasn't, but that was because I didn't even consider that - thank you.

The transfer was done for me by the seller, what I've received is the notification from the aforementioned agency that it's complete.

I did the V5c bit but I completely forgot to do the insurance part of my plate transfer in August. It wasn't until renewal time (2weeks ago) that I was told that it was for my old reg.

Weirdly I have driven 8000miles in that time and although I've not been pulled or had any speeding tickets I'm surprised it wasn't pulled up or noticed?

Obviously now all correct on insurance.
