Thanks. Me and AGT exchanged a few emails. He helped me format the letter correctly, didn't edit the letter itself, so I assume it was decent enough and on topic for what the courts want.I'll be heading into bexley magistrates now guys, I will update once out!

The judge did not mention anything about points? What is the code for a 14 day disqualification? ( for insurance. Purposes)
Work did know. However the garage manager has not dealt with small short disqualificationstories only penalty points or long term bans. He seems confused.

Guys. I am not doing the bare minimum, work were informed and have been updated on yhe decision. As said in another post they haven't dealt much with short disqualificationand onlyou long term bans and point endorsements. I have a meeting tomorrow at 10am so will update on what happens. Thanks for the support everyone.
1. It's hard to swap with other drivers as we're all on different rota lines and rest day patterns. A suggestion 6I thought of.
2. In a way I'm happy I don't have the points looming. But I'm still at square one as my job is still at stake.
3. Insuransee has gone up by around £100, but the biggest issue is they've removed the monthly option due to the ban. Meaning I'll have to fork out £1900 instead of £1000. Unless I can save that grand to pay it in a lump sumy by July. I should be able to but I've been saving up for a rainy day, never mind.

Sorry I should have expanded lol They have sub drivers for this exact reason, but the sub drivers are a bit hit and miss, they don't know all the routes.
Alternatively they advertise overtime, and try to cover it that way.
They'll find a way to cover it I'm sure, it's the short nature of it which they don't like.

Based on my situation, expect and plan for the worst. I convinced myself I was going to get 6 points so I didn't entertain the thought of a ban, until I got a shock today.
I wrote mitigation letter and sent it in, whether or not that helped, I couldn't tell you but it'seems something which could help so I'd do it.
Something I learned about mitigating circumstances is its not about you at all, it's about how a ban/points could effect negative my on others.

Interesting to note the officer told me I would receive something in the post within 5 weeks. Which in my case was completely unrealistic and have me the wrong expectation.

I have been to work, sat down with the garage manager and regional manager. The conversation was quite casual and open. They have moved my June Annual Leave forward, so I have have two weeks off from yesterday and I get to keep my job.
Their biggest concern was whether or not I would have to re-take my test, a quick gov.co.uk confirmed I wouldn't, from that point they said they couldn't see a reason to not have me back driving once the ban is up.
Thanks to everyone who supported me and to those who berated me, thanks to AGT Law for helping me format my Mitigation letter and offering his services. Hopefully this thread provides useful for those in a similar predicament.

EDIT: For those interested in the vehicle I was driving: Toyota Corolla T Sport (192bhp of Toyota's finest)
