Fit lock stops
That could mask it, or prevent it from happening, would mean I require a 2 point turn to get it out of my drive way if someone park opposite it. Something never needed before with the much larger GL class, or Nissan Patrol or Nissan Navara Pickup truck. So whilst it could prevent it from happening, the vehicle couldn't even go round mini round abouts. Would make a funny video describing that issue If they have driven one they will understand your pain.

Occasionally I have noticed this in the VW Touareg we have but it is minimal, infrequent and nothing like as bad as that, it's shocking that MB could sell a product like that and defend it.
ps. It always amazed how they could market such a barefaced ripoff of the X6
My old Touareg did this as well, that was a well documented issue with the stepper motor, after they changed that under warranty it was fine. ps. It always amazed how they could market such a barefaced ripoff of the X6
It was no where near as bad as the videos I've seen of these Mercs.
Couple of Honda CR-V's (prev-gen, mid-00's) that I test-drove displayed a rhythmic pulsing to the steering when on lock and positive throttle application. (Typically right-turn at a r'bout from with progressive acc'n)
From memory I think that was suggested to be a (hydraulic) PAS issue though - some sort of harmonic in the fluid caused by the additional "assistance" provided when under power. Told the Pug 407 also suffers from the same thing...
The video posted up of the black GLC is shocking though - clearly demonstrates an issue with the tyre sidewall, which surely is a safety concern?!?

Saw this on the Honest John Site, any opinions.
9-1-2017: Report of "unusually severe wear on the inner section of the front outside wheel tyre where canvas was exposed" on a 2014 Mercedes Benz E250CDI estate. The rest of the front tyre width had tread depth of around 3mm. It was recommended that the tyre be replaced urgently and also a four-wheel alignment check. This identified an issue with the camber on the O/S front wheel. But the camber was found to be non adjustable because straight bolts had been fitted. Replacement adjustable bolts cost £100 (happily financed by the dealer, Robinsons of Bury St Edmunds). This may help to explain the massive problem that owners are having with AWD C43 AMGs and GLCs.
