Ive a Facebook page (hasnt everyone) for the selling of cars, i stipulate no traders unless they declare they are traders, ive deleted a few who posted a few cars, this guy has this in his advert (which i havent allowed on the page yet, I think its dodgy...
what say you?
"As with all my car sales you are welcome to carry out any inspection you wish before completing the sale. All sales are treated as a trade sale and you agree upon sale that you are representing yourself as a motor trader. You take the car as you find it and you satisfy yourself to the cars condition and road worthiness and you will no hold trade to trade car sales or any business owner(s) responsible for any future repairs or problems which may arise."

Well, he's implying he's a trader, but trying to dodge most legal responsibilities arising from that, while also asking customers to lie about themselves. what say you?

I wouldn't want him to be associated with me in any way. It's exactly the sort of thing that, as a customer, I'd expect vetting to decline.
