Parking Charge notices
Discussion
So at the weekend I arrived at my destination in london a bit early, before restrictions on a parking bay were lifted. I decided to take a risk and hope a Traffic Warden didn't happen along that way in the time between my parking and the restrictions ended.
I returned to my car and didn't see a ominous yellow packet plastered on windscreen. Does this mean I got lucky, or might they still have got me and send notice through the mail?
ETA: sorry for the noob question, but never really risked it before

Red routes, Bus lanes, congestion charge, etc things like that can still be enforced by CCTV, but not parking.
I'm not sure if this is additonal information to your previous post, or a direct reply to my last post. If it's the latter then, I'm wondering if the Traffic wardens take pictures and fill in paperwork that generates a letter or whether they fill it all in and stick it to my windscreen. In short, can I rest easy because nothing was on the windscreen, or should I bite my nails for a couple weeks?
