There was a chap on PePiPoo convicted of PCOJ after a police officer using the forum (looking for such things) reported him and the forum's admins were served a notice to provide evidence. I think he was imprisoned.

Highlighted the key word. He was convicted 4 years ago and committed the offence 5 years ago, so hardly relevant to the significant cuts made since then. It was also, as I've said previously a severe incident. Speeding at that level is always going to be investigated fully.

Which is why you should always use TOR or a VPN and a temp email address when posting on a public forum. I thought it was common sense.
