Which address do fines/tickets go to?

Hi all

I moved house and I changed the address on my driving licence but forgot to change it for my car on the V5C (in the process of doing so). If I got a speeding ticket or a PCN, which address would that go to?

It should be sent to the car's registered address on the V5C.

You probably don't want to know that if you forget to tell the DVLA of a change of address then there's the threat of a £1000 fine.

Yeah, I'm aware of the fine which is why I'm in a bit of a panic. Going to go to previous address.

They're not enforced. My old tenant has his old Pug registered here, we get EVERYTHING from parking tickets to tax reminders. DVLA don't want to know!

Part of the problem is even when you do tell them something, they still don't want to know
