Patrick Troy, the recently departed CEO of the British Parking Association resigned from his post last month for "Personal Reasons", and unusually it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the BPA website.

Along with the questionable integrity of Will Hurley, head of the IPC, and now this, I am even less surprised that the industry is as corrupt as it is.
