I caught this spot as I was stuck in a traffic jam on the M25 and I have to agree. I've never heard regression to the mean described so clearly (and in only 20 seconds too!)

I've only caught a couple of Paul's interviews but both times Paul gave concise and clear replies which not only made perfectly reasonable sense, but also directly addressed the flaws in the pro camera arguments (rather than being a canned speech, which is what we often seem to get from the scamera lobby).
