As road works are taking place on A40 into oxford restricting to one lane I decided to go M40- M5
What a fiasco!
The M5 was closed with the new highways agency managing the accident. strated on M5 at 4.30 and left it at 10.45.
With the otehr accident on the M40 thats makes 11 hours to travel from london!
