I've not had the pleasure of N'Allerton's magistrates, but I've been up before Selby's Beak, and they were the oldest, most disfigured, twisted, horrible human beings(I use the term loosely) I have ever had the displeasure of coming accross.

As you probably know, N Yorks dont believe in or use speed cameras. Because of this, magistrates there seem to get an almost sexual pleasure out of destroying the lives of motorists who are caught speeding.

You ARE the anti-christ. Make no mistake.

....Or maybe I just went before them on a bad day.

Ok, was at the court at 8.30 this morning to speak to the duty solicitor...turns out, I cannot speak to him/her because I had already pleaded guilty. My case was heard at 10.30, and one of the court officials read out my statmement.
After about 5 minutes of whispering between the three female magistrates, they decided because of my statement, and 'I had realised my stupifity' I was not going to be disqualified but my licence will be endorsed with 6pts and a £300 fine. I am well chuffed !
Also...A MASSIVE thanks to DwightVanDriver, who actually came and said hello before I went in- really appreciate the support, and it made things easier !

Yep - I know that feeling only too well - feels like you won the lottery without buying a ticket. I was pipped doing 101.57 on M1, result? 6 points £340 fine
