Perhaps this could be covered by putting up signs by all entry points to your house stating something along the lines of "By entering this property you agree to become my S&M slave and you are happy and willing for me to use a selection of power tools on you"?

I like the line from pulp fiction about working on him 'with some pliers and a blowtorch'

What about a high powered laser, shined straight in the eyes of any would be intruder? I take a dim view of intruders, and that's what their vision would be for the rest of their lives.

This whole issue of Home Defence is another case of crap law;

If people were allowed to defend their homes properly many Scrotes would think twice and so crimes would be prevented.

If Scrotes could be shot (legally) some would die and therefore that crime and many future crimes would be prevented.

As it stands if one were to kill a Scrote and therefore risk facing jail, one might be tempted to dispose of the 'evidence' (pig farm nearby anyone!).

If I caught someone in my house I would not hesitate to use any amount of force without regard as to whether the 'law' might consider it reasonable or not, IMO when a person violates your home and threatens you/your family etc anything that stops them is reasonable and if the only way to avoid Prison were to 'finish the job' so to speak then so be it

When are we going to get some proper law making where the guilty suffer all the weight of the law and the innocent are allowed to go freely.

Look, you've all got it wrong.
Keep a gun,
Kill the intruder,
Freeze the body,
Hire a wood chipper
Job done,
Lovely garden.

Ideally, place the body in the bath, and make a number of incissions to allow the blood to run out (otherwise, you'll get the stuff everywhere). Then, the body can be dismembered in an easy to clean environment before following the disposal methods above. Tip: Put large pieces in bin bags to make them easy to carry.

(Keep this going, maybe we'll get enough material for a book - Think I've been watching too much CSI)
