Is Speed Camera information part of FOI?

I am very curious as to the performance of a new average speed camera system set up very close to my house. They seem to have been placed on a road which is heavily congested during the day and at night I've rarely seen anyone speeding on this stretch while out walking the dog, etc.

I'd love to find out how 'succesful' they've been in the hope that they've caught no one (wishful thinking). It got me thinking though, is there any information out there to show how many people are caught per camera? Would this fall under the freedom of information act?

"On each segment of averaging for each week since the cameras went live:
2a. How many tickets have been issued?
There have been 1124 Notice of impending prosecutions (NIP)s issued."
