new wave of TV satire?
Discussion
I always remember that their was good old satire when the Tories were in power, but almost none when labour came in. Well, if labour don't like people saying nasty things about them, they certainly aint going to like 'A Special Social Secretary' on C4 9pm Thursday.
Just seen a recording of it, and it is class!, unless you're in the labour cabinet that is!
Apparenly Mr Mayall is also doing a come back as Alan B'Stard - now labour, and spitting image is back in the pipeline.
Oh dear. but what a fun new year it'll be.

Rumour has it that Labour took exception to the recent BBC one which showed clueless Govt Dept spin and the Cabinet enforcer to be uncomfortably far too close to the truth.
Hence considering licence fee renewal imminent Beeb were "forced" to show it on BBC4, a digital channel almost nobody watches. All allegedly of course.
