my company is run by a pair of clowns who talk all day and do nothing,the mot/tax expired on one of the vans,they say it cant be mot,d as due to an accident a rear light lense is cracked,i recon its ok (ex mot tester)it was due to go in today for repairs,the loan van they provided was an escort,we need a transit 190 minimum,so they were sent away again.
thing is the van is needed on a job tommorow,its no mot and tax,whats the score if i get a tug?is its points or just a fine?

i rang my boss and voiced my concern,he,s hiring a van hope its a sprinter!

Its your licence if you get pipped, not theirs, although the company would get a reprimand also.
