Being Norfolk born and bred I know that the locals can be a bit odd sometimes, but this is far beyond anything ever seen in the country, let alone the county

The Police have released an e-fit of a suspected burglar but it looks more like a cross between Mr Potato Head and one of the puppets from the Thunderbirds than anyone I've ever seen. I think that if I was a copper and I saw someone looking like this I'd probably arrest them on sight no matter what they were doing.

That's what the medical profession code as 'NFN' (Normal for Norfolk).
Apparently in Norfolk someome was asked why there is such a low rate of Child Sexual Abuse. The reply was that in Norfolk they call this 'Quality Time'.
