You assume id be "speeding" in the vicinity of a lights controlled junction, but youd be wrong 7db. Again.
The point i was trying to make is that yet again a "safety" device (and one which i approve of) has been perverted to collect speeding tickets and perpetuate the scam still further thereby making it a target for removal.

People dont have to travel above the speed limit to crash at a junction, they just dont have to stop to make it almost certain to happen.
Jumping lights through impaticence or just idiocy isnt to be encouraged, but converting a legitimate (to my mind) safety device to read speeds is just asking for it to be hammered.
