Plain unmarked scamera van in Matlock

Hi all
Not been on here for a while - but this sighting REALLY incensed me - if I could have stopped safely and got a pic of it, I would have.
Coming through Matlock last Sunday morning - a glorious day, loads of bikers about, (most of them behaving themselves I might add) i came over the Derwent bridge, rounding the corner (30 mph limit), lo and behold, a PLAIN totally unmarked large Renault van, parked on double yellow lines, with a pair of cameras poking through the top of the rear doors !!
Obviously aimed at catching the bikers zipping round the bend, cos a car would have struggled to break the limit.

Makes you glad to be a motorist , doesn't it ??

Wouldn't be a lot of use against a bike... No front number plate

The ANPR vans are often unmarked. I reckon that's what it was. No doubt plod on a bike would be nearby.
