Justy one further question on this,

Is it possible for someone to get their deeds changedso that they are in fact allowed to park on the shared driveway?

We have had a little more trouble from her (fortunatley she's stopped again for now), and she mentioned that she could change the deeds in her favour if she wanted.

Would this be possible, and as we'd be directly affected, would we be consulted at all during this process.?

What do your deeds say about the driveway?

Presumably they say that you must keep your part clear, and allow your neighbour to pass and repass. They presumably also say that you have the right to pass and repass over the part of the drive in her ownership?

If so then she cannot get the deeds changed. Personally I doubt she can get the deeds changed anyway, but am not a lawyer.

would have to concur, shared access means both parties have to agree to changes, somehow I suspect the OP will not agree to any changes
