FFS, if it's your copyright, contact the mods to have the "offending" pictures removed. If it's not, stop whining, and if you care that much, contact the newspaper to let them know.

There are a number of obvious differences between robbing someone's house and copyright infringement, like criminal vs civil, actual loss vs lack of compensation etc, but this not the place to debate them.
