Iagree. It is noticeable that people who are like that are often quite relaxed types rather than aggressive, pushy individuals.

The sort of people who run cyclists off the road or push past old ladies or disabled people on the pavement are not generally the happiest sorts.
This is why it's never a good idea to start remonstrating with people, however right you think you are.

You are very unlikely to change their future behaviour, but you may get punched.
The problem is that, if you never remonstrate, if you never object to unacceptable behaviour, then the bullies and lowlife and scum are rewarded, and, eventually, bad behaviour becomes normal behaviour.

Or, you hope Karma catches up with the bullies and lowlife at some point. Doubtful, but those happy thoughts allow you to continue on with your day/life and not lying on the path after recieving a punch in the mouth or worse.

Problem is, one person's remonstrating is another person's bullying. Once any group of road users think it's acceptable to get all shouty & punchy over other people's actions, it legitimises other road user groups ding the same. That isn't going to end well.

Sounds like a good plan to me.

I hate to tell you this, but karma doesn't actually exist.

Anyone is entitled to believe in moral relativism, that one set of values is no better than any other.
Just because one is entitled to believe something does not mean that the something is correct. Some notions are complete 5hit, bad ideas that have duped weak minds.
Most of us know the difference between offence and defence. We can distinguish between the driver or cyclist who just rudely chopped somebody off and the cyclist or driver who understandably reacted to that.
I shall say it again: the more that decent, considerate people capitulate to the bullies and lowlife and scum, the more that the bullies and lowlife and scum will try to take. It does not end, it does not have a natural stopping point.
There is enough rudeness, selfishness, and brazenly anti-social (not to mention unsafe) behaviour on the roads already that we should not be allowing it to grow out of fear of rocking the boat.

I'm inclined to agree, all we need now is a viable strategy to prevent such behaviour.

Just a thought:
